RED BALL Program

The introduction to tennis for kids aged 3-7, played on a smaller court with a softer ball. The focus is on making the kids fall in love with the sport, teaching basic motor skills, using easy tennis terminology and reinforcing the learning process through games. (Duration 1.5hrs)

ORANGE BALL Program

This stage of kids’ development focuses more on technical aspects, players are aged between 7-9 and play on % of a full size court, where the coach teaches in details the breakdown of every shot. (Duration 1.5-2hrs)

GREEN BALL Program

Taught on a full size court, kids aged 9-11 start getting exposed to tactical and strategical aspects of the game, developing footwork, alongside consistency in the rallies. (Duration 2.2.5hrs)

YELLOW BALL Program

Players aged 10-11+, should master the four pillars of the sport, Technical, Tactical, Mental and Physical. Played on a full size court, students learn the real meaning of competition. (Duration 2.5-3hrs)

HIGH-PERFORMANCE Program

At this stage, players aged 11+ choose tennis as their main sport, training 4-5 times a week, complemented by a consistent fitness program in order to enhance their overall skills and become real competitors, pursuing their dream of becoming a college or a professional player. (Duration 4-5hrs)

ADULT PROGRAM

Whether recreational or competitive, we tailor make our training according to the students’ needs, encouraging them to participate to national competition or amatorial leagues. Part of our successful adult programs are Ladies Tennis Nights, Men’s Groups and Cardio Tennis sessions open to both.

Fitness program

Our fitness programs are designed for both Junior and High performance players. We encourage our students to join the program from the early age of 5 in order to improve their agility, balance, hand-eye coordination skills applicable on a tennis court and walk through the journey of each stage, all the way to become a performing athlete.
